Ranawat Group is a Pune-based developer, founded in 1985 by Mr. Vilas Jain, originally as a contracting business. His son Mr. Vishal Jain joined roughly a decade ago and now leads the organisation.
Scale claims shown on Ranawat’s own project pages — "9+ cities," "74+ ongoing projects" and "43+ million sq ft delivered" — are self-reported and not independently corroborated; independent listing portals checked in this research show a considerably smaller active Pune footprint (between two and six current projects, depending on the portal).
